Rules:

1. Teams must consist of 2 to 3 members.

2. All solutions must be original. Econet Wireless acquires full rights of their intellectual property.

3. AI tools are allowed and highly encouraged.

4. Prototypes may be app based, web based, hardware based, or hybrid. Be flexible.

5. All work must be completed within official hackathon timelines.

6. Final demos must be functional. Simulated payment API features are allowed where required.

7. Judges’ decisions are final.

8. Finalists agree to have their solutions showcased at the Expo.

9. All solutions must align with the event theme Future Ready Tech Synergies.

10. In-person participants must follow the event code of conduct.
